Q.  Where is the haunted houses located?
A.  The haunted houses are conveniently located at the Northridge Fashion Center Mall (9301 Tampa Ave, Northridge) in the rear parking lot adjacent to the Pacific Theaters 10Plex.

Q.  Is it scary?
A.  
The Haunt is the place your spookiest nightmares become real. As you enter the adventure, you enter a world of suspense and terror. The only thing on your mind will be your survival our THREE truly unique mazes!

Q.  But is it really scary?
A.  How scared you get is up to you. We have created a walk-though show where cast members and guests interact in a dark world of suspense and terror.

Q.  What is at the Fall Festival?
A.  
The Haunt and the FALL FESTIVAL comprise over 50,000 square feet of Halloween good fun.  In addition to the three haunted mazes, there is live entertainment, food and games for all ages and much, much more!

Q.  Is the Haunt nothing more than black walls and monsters jumping out?
A.  Blasphemy! We create an atmosphere where our guests can escape the reality of the outside world. At
The Haunt you are actually in the various weird and wonderful scenes designed and decorated by talented visual and special effects professionals. Our sets, rooms, and environment are designed so our actors scare the !*&%* out of you.

Q.  Will the actors touch me?
A.  NO. The theory is that if you don't touch them, they won't touch you. Of course, in the darker areas, something may accidentally bump into you but our cast members are not permitted to touch you. Be aware, you may be grabbed by someone of your own group who is too terrified to continue.

Q.  Is there a 'Good Fairy' to accompany the "scaredy-cats"?
A.  Nope. If you are too afraid to continue, someone will carry you out.

Q.  Are you affiliated with a non-profit organization?
A.  Every year HauntsUSA donates a large portion of their profits to non-profit organizations. In previous years HauntsUSA has made donations to The Make-A-Wish Fondation, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Boys and Girl Club of Hollwyood.  This year HauntsUSA is raising funds for Special Olympics of Southern California AND Project Grad LA AND Kiwanis.

Q.  Can I bring my kids?
A.  You can bring all of the kids you want. Remember that we provide a frightening adventure that may not be suitable for children under 8 years old. If any kids (or adults) in your group are too timid for it, we provide coffins as holding devices for the faint at heart near the front gate.

Q.  Are there discounts available?
A.  Yes. There are several: 1. Buy on-line and save.  2. Visit various retail locations for a $1 off per person discount coupon  Also, for each child you donate to us, you will receive an additional $1 off the admission price.

Q.  Is there a discount for children?
A.  Nope.  Monsters don't discriminate.

Q.  Do you give group discounts?

Q.  Are you handicapped accessible?
A.  Absolutely! Plus a staff member can accompany your group if desired.
